20230504_090834.jpg

ABOUT

Set out on an unforgettable adventure as we navigate towards Billefjorden and the magnificent Nordenskiöld glacier (due to ice conditions in Billefjorden, docking in Pyramiden is not possible during this time).

Stay alert to the Arctic marvels that lie ahead, as our expedition provides numerous chances to experience the beauty of wildlife, including whales, seals, and a variety of birds at the stunning bird cliff of Diabas. With a bit of luck, we may even spot a polar bear on the ice or near the glacier. If ice conditions permit, this cruise will also offer breathtaking views of the Nordenskiöld glacier.

Pyramiden is typically accessible around late May to early June. On our return to Longyearbyen, our route will take us past Skansbukta, where our guide will share the poignant history of Svenskhuset (The Swedish House).

We can’t wait to welcome you on board, and we appreciate you for letting us be part of your travel diary!
